Exercise 1: Use your toes for gripping. Try picking up a piece of clothing using your toes. Once you are able to grab the clothing drop it. Do this repeatedly for at least 10 minutes a day.
Exercise 2: Stretch all of your toes. Use your fingers to pull the big toes into alignment. Stretch the rest of the toes for 10 seconds, and then curl them for another 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times a day.
